No integration fees
Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups send on our approved templates and our number. There is no separate messaging bill and no Twilio account to open.
White-label booking page
60 KWD one-time setup fee
Included in Pro at no charge. On Starter it is a single 60 KWD payment that never renews — your salon name, your colour and your own subdomain, kept for as long as you subscribe.

Your provider’s rate
If you collect online, your payment provider charges its own transaction rate. That money goes to them, not to us — we add nothing on top.

Quoted per salon
Need something the plans do not cover — a custom feature, an integration with software you already use, bulk data migration, or training for a large team? Tell us what you need and we will quote it as a one-off. Nothing custom is ever added to your bill without you agreeing the price first.

Is the price per stylist?
No. The price is for the whole salon. Starter includes 5 team members and Pro is unlimited — on Pro you can add thirty stylists and drivers and pay exactly the same as you did with three.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Your bookings and your revenue are entirely yours. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay us.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Two things: team size and your booking page. Starter covers 5 team members and gives you WhatsApp automation and reports. Pro is unlimited team and adds the white-label booking page, live tracking, loyalty, gift cards and prepaid session packages. You can add the booking page to Starter on its own for a one-time 60 KWD.
Can I move from Starter to Pro later?
Yes, whenever you like, and nothing you have set up is lost. If you already paid the 60 KWD for the booking page, you keep it — upgrading never charges you for it again.
What happens when the trial ends and I have not subscribed?
Your account moves to the Free plan and your data stays exactly as it is. Nothing is deleted. Free is for solo use: one seat, without the public booking page, WhatsApp messages and reports. They all come back the moment you subscribe.
What if a renewal payment fails?
Your plan keeps working through a grace period (currently 7 days), then the account moves to Free. Your data is not deleted.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you paid for, and your data and booking page stay as they are. Paid fees are non-refundable except as set out in the refund policy.
